Sleep! Sleeping on a comfortable mattress and pillow is very important. Recently, I purchased a new mattress. I had no idea what a huge difference it could make. I sleep so much better even my sleep app notices! Here is a chart of how much sleep is recommended by the National Sleep Foundation.
